Amber Pulliam Special Education endowment

 An Endowment was established in 1997 in the name of Amber Pulliam, daughter of Don and Helen Pulliam.  Amber was born October 20th 1987. She was born with Downs Syndrome. With the help of her first cousin, Lance Bass, a former member of the Boy Group Nsync, this Endowment was made possible.

The Fund is to award a scholarship to a student who is studying within the department of curriculum and Instruction.  A student shall be studying in the area of Special Education with emphasis in the Disability area of teaching. The student shall be given with preference to a student in the South Central Mississippi area. The student must maintain a 3.0 GPA or better.
